1. Program Fees
By applying to or enrolling in the LVC 360° Career Program, you agree to the following fee structure and payment terms.
Plan A
$3,000 upfront + 15% monthly income sharing until you quit your job.
Plan B
$4,000 upfront + 10% monthly income sharing until you quit your job.
Plan C
$13,000 upfront + Monthly sharing None.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
2. Income Sharing Obligations
- Report job placement within 7 days.
- Pay the required income share on time every month.
- Provide valid employment proof when requested.
- Continue income share payments until you voluntarily leave that job.
Avoiding or hiding employment details is a violation of this agreement.
3. No Job Guarantee
LVC provides mentorship, interview prep, and job marketing support, but employment is not guaranteed. Results depend on your skills, effort, and market conditions.
4. Student Responsibilities
- Complete assignments and coursework.
- Attend scheduled sessions and mock interviews.
- Maintain professionalism and timely communication with staff and mentors.
- Participate actively in interview preparation and job marketing activities.
Failure to participate may affect your placement support.
5. Use of Course Material
All content, videos, templates, and documents are the property of LVC Solutions . You may not:
- Share
- Reproduce
- Sell
- Distribute
- Record
LVC may suspend access for misuse.
6. Service Delivery
LVC provides training, mentorship, interview preparation, job marketing support, and placement assistance. Exact timelines and outcomes vary per student.
7. Termination
LVC may remove students for misconduct, fraud, violating policies, non-payment, or dishonest reporting. Termination does not cancel income-sharing obligations.
8. Limitation of Liability
LVC is not responsible for job rejections, visa issues, market slowdowns, employer decisions, delayed placement, or loss of income.

No Refund After Program Access Begins
Once a student attends orientation, receives LMS access, joins cohort channels, or starts training, no refunds will be issued.
Refunds Before Program Start
A refund may be issued only if you cancel before the program start date and have not accessed materials.
No Refund for Performance Issues
Refunds will not be provided for lack of effort, low attendance, or not obtaining an offer.
No Refund for Early Exit
No refund for voluntary dropout, early exit, or failure to meet expectations.
LVC may update this policy. Changes will be posted with a revised date.
